★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good atmosphere! Kind staff and big double beds. Cool rooftop. Poor breakfast. If you wake up early, probably you get more food than those waking up later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lovely time in Yangon! The hostel is located in a really interesting and busy area of the city. I loved strolling around and discovering the local life.
And also... The staff at "The Lodge" is super cute, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much guys for the fun evenings and the delicious breakfast! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hostel. All the staff have been super friendly and welcoming. Great location in China town. Plenty of authentic local markets and restaurants. Quick walk to many attractions. Rooftop bar has amazing views looking over the city and many pagodas.

We wanted to change a non-refundable booking from 2 nights to 1 because of changed travel plans. The manager went out of his way completely to help us, even if he lost 4 beds of income that night. In the end it was our booking site that wouldn't bend, the manager was super helpful.
Also great rooftop, the breakfasts up there was a joy, as well as the evening beer and games.
Super friendly staff. Walking distance to markets and china town. Perfect for a couple days stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! Nice rooftop bar, friendly crew. There is no problem to leave your baggage after check-out and take a shower before your next travel. Highly recommended! And funny double dorm :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good hostel, with lovely staff. Had a blast during my stay here, and will definitely be back. The owner is a really nice guy who goes out if his way to make sure his guests have a good time. And his sister running the front desk and things around the rest of the hostel is a lovely person too. When I was staying here, they were only open for a few months, so I'm sure the service will only improve. Best feature: the amazing view from the rooftop. Had some really good night's there, sharing beers with other travellers. The location could be a bit better, but with the busses running up and down downtown now, it's easy enough to get around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend this if you are on a budget. The place is just ok, but it's the downtown area and has a rooftop( that's great right?), and the view is perfect. Nighttime on the rooftop, drinking with friends is precious.
