★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was too small and old. Nothing look like those photos online ?. I expected to see the owner Louis as what i have read online but during our stay i never see him. I think some one else has taken over the business. The Hotel Name has changed aswell, it is Unique Motel now.
Too far from town
No wifi?
Basic breakfast with toast and egg everyday no other options. Will get bored after 2 days.
Staffs was very friendly? but couldn't understans english much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have spent a wonder time in there, the breakfast was super nice and the host made us feeling in home. From the cleaner to ***agement everybody was happy to help. The walk itself is worth walking. Thank you very much for having us, it was a pleasure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the people working at the B&B are super friendly and can not do enough for you. An early start for the trek allowed for watching the sunrise in this gorgeous location. Location is far enough that its a peaceful respite but close enough to walk back and forth to town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place and the people. The rooms were def. not Five Star but they were clean and cozy and well kept. The owners live on premises and were terrifically helpful with any questions we had. Yes, they spoke English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is quite inaccessible which has to pass a very small lane to get there. Its very worth the money we'd paid. The rooms are very nicely done. It's suitable for the ones who're going with their own vehicles or if you are a fan of biking or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We very much enjoyed our stay in Unique BnB. Famous pagodas is 10 min walk. A good 15-25 minute (depending on your pace) walk from the center of town. You can walk for 20 minutes to the market in city. The shower was the best of any hotel we've visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel very welcome into their home. The hotel is perfectly placed in the center of all there is to do. The host was really friendly and always willing to help us. The son of the family is the contact person and speaks very good English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view and serenity are unbeatable. The staff are crazy helpful. The Manager speaks English. Breakfast is included each day but limited. However, you can order the night before from any local restaurant and the staff will deliver it. They will deliver any meal for you (Try Monaco restaurant). It gets cold in the winter. They brought us extra blankets and two heaters.
Get the family room if available for the view and privacy. The hotel has a car and motorbikes for hire. Bicycles are free. I recommend using the Manager here to arrange all of your local treking needs, including the Inle Trek. They seem to know everyone in Shan State. DEFINITELY visit the View Point at sunset!
