★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with views of the pool and a temple next door. The staff are friendly and helpful. You do need a car or van to get around Bagan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to stay in a perfect location just outside of New Bagan. We rented e-bikes the first day, which was the perfect way to explore the temples. In the evening the sunset view from the roof was outstanding. On our second day we decided to take a taxi into town, would caution that you need to negotiate a bit on the rates, otherwise they charge quite a high premium for taxi (should not cost more than 5,000-7,000 to airport or to Old Bagan). We also ate in the hotel the first night, it was a nice setting and the food was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just spent amazing time in this hotel during our visit in Bagan and it was absolutely awesome! We had room right in front of the beautiful pool, so the first think what you can do in the morning is to have a swim. The Hotel is also located in absolutely gorgeous area, where you can see pagodas all around you. If you go to the roof, you can catch sunrise and sunset. The hotels is clean and staffs are perfect! Thank you for everything :)

Good:
1. Very good vibe when having dinner near pagoda
2. Service is good and can help arrange lots of activities for you (shuttle bus, first aids, e bike, etc)
3. Can see awesome sunrise view on roof (hot air balloon)
Bad:
1. Room isn’t clean. When we check in, we can feel there is sand on the floor. Small tower is a bit dirty
2. No constant hot water during shower, you will always encounter short period cold water in every 10 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable rooms and a very decent hotel breakfast. Quiet location away from the dust of the main road and you get to sit outside to enjoy some of the ruins within a stone's throw, in their pretty little poolside garden. Pool is just about possible to swim in, a little cold for a dip in the late afternoon, but probably better during the middle of a hot day. Some nice touches to room service, such as spraying rooms in the evening and complimentary jars of sweets. Towel replacement policy in the rooms is a bit confusing - they did not take the things we left on the floor for them to collect (as per their written instructions), and added more towels, but did not replace the dirty bathmat (it's going to happen no matter how careful you are, Bagan is dusty). By the end we were overwhelmed with towels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel close to some Stupas, lightened during night time for a scenic effect from the rooftop. The hotel is decently kept, nice swimming pool and pool area, decent food, clean but it completely lacks staff management. It looks like that the staff took over and it is self-managing the whole structure. Some receptionists are not kind or even caring about clients, restaurant staff is slow and confused (I’ve been asked up to 6 times if I wanted coffee or tea for breakfast!), it took me 20 minutes one evening to get a bottle of wine, not just a glass!, and rooftop is extremely nice but poorly maintained. Rooms were done extremely late, like after 1.30pm. I got a good room with nice view, but if you get room between 201 and 210 you can’t open the curtains, because there is an open corridor in front of your windows with guests and staff passing by. Due to the lack of double white curtains (why??), there is 0 privacy and rooms could get darker. Overall impression: great potentials but total lack of hotel management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an absolute treat this hotel was. A fantastic room with great mattress and all the furnishings you need. The service was friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful with the view of the temples. It's in a great location to explore the temples of bagan and to go to nearby restaurants. The breakfast was magnificent! Highly recommend.

Next to a few temples which can be seen by the poolside (my favorite part is going to the temples and then looking up at the stars at night). Nice hideout from noise pollution. ?
Hotel compound
Minimal contemporary design with local taste (decorated with local timber, plants, and products). Good pool size for a group of 8 ppl. Beautiful view to have a small wedding or party by the sunset at the rooftop bar. Enjoy the sunset. ?
Romm interior
Fewer accessories with more necessary. Same as the compound, designed with locals products. (Love the copper basin and faucet. But one fault in the bathroom is there is no floor drain in the toilet space. Nice and cold shower space with marbles tiles. After a long and hot day during your visit to Bagan pagodas, temples, and river view, you will have a very good rest on a nice mattress. ?
Service
Very flexible service with well-trained staff (especially Manager Ko Zayar who has been working in the hospitality field for years, he is always standing by, just talk to him about what you need.)
There are two breakfast types, Bagan local breakfast, and European breakfast. I'd go with local breakfast, peanut oil rice with peas and half-fried egg, fries, beans salads, and pickles salads.
