- no elevator... so will be very exhausting if u stay in 6th floor room
- surround no food seller or resto need to walk a bit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budget friendly place with very nice staff. Comfortable bed, breakfast in price of the room, nice room service and cheap and nice cafe and restaurant.
The rooms are tiny, but clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were only offered a room without a/c despite we had booked one with a/c and told we were on the 8th floor without an elevator. When we said that this is not what we were promised, we were just told to go somewhere else. Highly not recommended
(Please do not believe the comment by the staff. We have checked what we have booked and it stated clearly ac. Also, they did not even offer us a transfer to another hotel.)

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was well located.
Negative:
The room had a strong smell of dampness, as well as the rest of the street, maybe due to the raining season. Breakfast was a bit poor and not varied at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean, friendly staff, the place had been given a lick of paint recently and the lobby in particular is brand new. We had a room with no window but other than that it was nice. Clean linen, decent shower, comfy bed.
