★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10000 MMK per night for an AirCon queen bedroom and that too in Myanmar? I'd take it! Clean rooms, but relatively less maintained bathrooms (not too bad in any way), good WIFi, friendly people - overall a good stay. Only negative point is there is nothing outside - not much restaurants, no convenience stores, no bicycle or motorbike on rent and the town is very far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Budget guesthouse but noisy sometimes. Better checkup the conditions of the toilet, A/C, bedsheets, blankets and door locker before check in. Be sure to prefer front view rooms so that you may see the mount Zwekabin and get the fresh air. The windows of some rooms are blocked by other taller buildings so that you can't view outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean! We checked the room with a private bathroom and a shared one, both with aircon. We selected the latter one, as the shared facilities looked very clean and the room was cheaper. The rooms with private bathroom are in a new building. It's a bit far from the town center, around 4 km, but there are moto taxis for a reasonable price right on the main road. Unfortunately, during the rainy season we could not find a motorbike to rent close to the guest house and had to go to the city center for this. The staff is nice, calm and very helpful.
