★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room and the facilities are clean. The staffs are very helpful and the service is great. There is an ATM machine right in front of the hotel. Location is in downtown area which is very easy for transportation. Room rates are also reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good, rich in variety. Even if the hotel is located outside of the city centre of Hpa-An, for us it was well-situated.. Negative: Our room was not as clean and good-looking as the hotel rooms in the pictures. It was a bit noisy, as the room was located on the ground floor. For the fact that the hotel was only a few months old, the room was a bit banged up..

Negative: bed was hard and not very comfortable. shower was weird, no hot water in the sink. very poor selection of food and drinks in the restaurant. was by far the least attractive hotel we stayed at in Myanmar..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very new, clean hotel. Good rooms, good bathroom with shower. Restaurant serves tasty Myanmar lunch without MSG. Good meeting room with facilities. Mainly Asian breakfast. Only minus, the water pump is noisy. Didn't keep me awake but it did irritate me because it shouldn't be heard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New, Clean and spacious room with attached bathroom and all standard facilities. Located on Strand Road and easily accessible to downtown and highway road. Have enough car park area. Reasonable room rate and good range of breakfast foods and drinks. Recommend for mid-budge travellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good hotel, clean and quite. Suitable for families, business and vacation. It is on the main high way to Yangon and Mawlamyine. So you can get on board of these bus from the front door of the hotel.
