★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked one night and stayed 5. Rooms are clean and the bed was soft. Hotel rented us a scooter (10'000 per day ). Tthe staff is helpful even if they can not speak your language. Has a restaurant if you do want to venture into town ( big plus draught beer ). The town and area has a lot to offer and we did over 300km on the scooter.
Kabyar wa beach in the south is a nice stop. For the locals they go to the south side myself i enjoyed the area north before the bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soundproofing is not too good. We can hear voices when passing the corridor. The breakfast services is also not good. But the hotel locates just opposite side of small local market so you can easily accessible the local food which are very cheap. The most famous fruit is Durian. If you like the fruit and the smell, please don't forget to try it.

Amazingly good breakfast.
Best place we found for an evening meal was their nice restaurant. It's located outside in two parts: one open with a big screen tv and the other in individual palapas.
There's a rather smelly, rubbish strewn river running past. Surprisingly it attracts a lot of birds. Situated in a nice, quiet street with a number of good shops nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable beds and modern amenities. The restaurant had good food and an English menu with a waitress that speaks fairly good English. They also do real coffee, not the 3in1 mix. Breakfast was fried rice, fried noodles, egg, soup, Myanmar fry bread, toast and jam. Order your dishes and they will bring them fresh from the kitchen, don't take what's in the buffet line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and comfortable, good value, helpful and friendly staff. Decent free breakfast. Restaurant bit of a mixed bag, some dishes great others not so much. WiFi hardly functional but have come to expect that as normal in this country's hotels. Best place to stay in Ye.
