★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few YKKO restaurants in Yangon (apart from the 47th Street and Hledan YKKO) which serves the Chinese menu.
Curiously, from the outside YKKO looks like it is closed, perhaps some table and chairs outside for coffee lovers would be a nice addition.
The service was a bit slow for our coffee and instead of being served together they were delivered after each other (with a 5 minute wait between). My latte was also lukewarm and I can't say I am a fan of whipped cream in a latte as was done here.
Also, a point of contention for me when I am reviewing restaurants is the fact that the staff were cleaning the floors and tables while we were there. Good to know it's being done but there is a time and place for washing the whole floor and all the tables (especially for an empty restaurant on a Sunday afternoon).
The interior and concept is nice (albeit quite dim / choked of artificial light) and gives a good dual coffee shop / restaurant vibe.
YKKO - great that they have the Chinese menu (I recommend the sweet and sour chicken with rice). Good place for a small group of friends and for family. To get the optimum experience, probably ideal for evening dinner after the sun has gone down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great taste accompanied by big price (that is relevant to their service).
The waitresses are very helpful as they tend to explain all the menu items (which leads you to order extra dishes).
Their indoor lighting isn't just enough as they are minimally running at the time of writing this review. They also accept almost all the popular payment gateways such as WAVE Pay, KBZ Pay, etc.
A must-go for a Kyayoh crazy.
What I specifically like about this is that they do not mark up a lot comparing to other food providers around the neighborhood in Star City.
