★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs lack experience and the restaurant is under staffed. We waited half hour to get the first dish of our orders, didn’t come with the right utensils, waited for condiments. And then it turned out they run out of the dish one of my guests had ordered which we had then waited for an hour.
The last dish I had ordered came an hour later and it was completely cold.
I would not recommend coming here if you have somewhere else to be at a certain time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a Chinese restaurant and the ambience is nice. The staff are really attentive and always ready to serve. The price is a bit expensive and the portions are large. The Yoon's Singapore Roasted Duck was mouth-watering and the meat was very soft. Mapo Tofu dish was not spicy at all and the Sichuan soup was just sour. Besides these, everything else is good. For example, hygiene, environment and parking. It's a good place to hang out in a large group rather than just two or three people. For the breakfast, they have a wide range of food such as dim sum, prata, naan, soup based dishes and noodle and vermicelli salads. They have promotion items and they are all delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for breakfast after the walk at the lake. Knew this place for lunch an dinner and some dishes served at Malibu. But the breakfast was amazing.
Very busy and crowded during breakfast but the servers are very patient and well trained.
Dim sum was good, mandalay nan lat thote was yum. Si lone tea there is a must try if you are a fan.
You can get to the lake easily by the garden side exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great, it is literally right beside the Inya lake. U can take a stroll while u r waiting for the food. It's gonna be a short walk though, because the service is fast. The food is also nice. There are a few staffs who will attend to ur car parking needs as well, so u can usually find a parking space. There are rooms available for ur private events, and u can also have a drink at the Malibu bar located on the top floor. The view there is much better of course. Price is also right, cant really fault it. I do recommend this place, also they serve breakfast, worth checking out.
