★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous views on Inya lake but the food isn't special. Great for a beer and a walk around the park. Visitors need to pay a 500 kyat entrance fee to the park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot on the edge of Inlay Lake. Service and the food were good. Burmese style menu and good coffee beverages. Reasonable prices in a beautiful, clean, park like setting right on the lakeshore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad but not great. Came here for an afternoon coffee. You have to pay and entrance fee of 300 to get in. Lakeside view is nice, but the trees there were teeming with crows. A lot of options on the menu averaging around 7k for dish. Other than that the staff are welcoming and the place is relatively clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You don't need to pay entrance fee for Breakfast before 10AM. After that you need to pay entrance free 300kyats per person because the shop is located in the Sein Lan So Pyay Garden. Normal entrance fee is 500kyat but 300 Kyat for Zephyr Coffee & Restaurant Customer. Good Taste, fair price. The best is Inya lake view. Morning and Evening time are preferable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zephyr is a good place for lunch with family or friends, superfriendly for kids (huge garden and even a playground). It's a good and safe place to be outdoor in the middle of the city. Inya Lake view is fantastic. Food is great and reasonably priced (for its tier). I have already been here for a date, a birthday party, several business meetings... Really nice place ?

The vibe is nice. Can walk around the garden. There is a playground, shome benches and swing.
