★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 USD/day for a 30 sqm gym with dumbbells up to 22 kg, two benches and a couple of machines. It was clean and had friendly staff but the price is nowhere near justifiable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this because it is clean, instructors and staffs are helpful. I also notice the gym sets are above average even though I only know very little about them. And it's within the walking range from my house.

You walk in, there's like eight young girls standing around the desk, and you pay your $10 usd or 13k Kyat to work out for the day.
You then find yourself very dismayed to see there's no bench or squat rack - only a Smith machine. Madness!
It's mostly a machines kind of place, which is a little confusing given that they have a lot of pictures of bodybuilders on their walls. They're supposedly pictures of their gym members, but those guys must be working out somewhere else too.
Surprisingly, the weights on the machines do go pretty high

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the city's increasingly time-consuming traffic, Active Gym is a great choice for anyone who spends most of their time Downtown. An impressive array of freeweights and machines for its modest size. Staff are very attentive and friendly; locker room kept clean and tidy. Price isn't cheap but definitely more affordable than the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice decent place for a regular workout. Should say it was on the expensive side . I paid 10$ for a day pass. They provide you with towels and water. A good change room and a decent locker. Overall a good experience. There were about 6 treadmills and 2 cross training machines all equipped with WiFi and Screens . Helpful staffs
