★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate. Small workout area but equipment was new and good. The fee for a day pass was 4000 which is very reasonable. Will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is small, but has a lot of machines/equipments fixed. Super cheap for the service it's providing. Personal trainer not available, but there's always one trainer present guiding every person. You can't expect good shower room/ toilet, but if you're here just for the exercise, this is it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well equipped gym with friendly staff. Compact area but new fresh machines, benches and dumbbells.
4000 for a day pass which was very cheap.
Only negative is the toilet/shower/changing room. Fairly cramped and smelly.
Other than that it was a perfect gym session while travelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did good work out here.It was cozy gym which has good enough facilities. They have a daily rate(4,000kyat)for visitor. I went there in the evening so little a bit crowded at that time.but still good place to lift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym compared to the others in yangon. It's 5000 for a day pass. Has free weights, some machines, treadmills and bikes. They also give you a locker with a key. There is an adjoining room which is used for classes. 10th floor of the building when you enter on the ground floor
