★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the BEST guesthouse in Dawei, good price with clean facilities, free water refills, tea & coffee, excellent customer service by Alexis the owner, they can rent motorbikes, bicycles, tour trips and bus tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean guesthouse with comfortable rooms with aircon and TV. All day tea & coffee, good WiFi but quite noisy as very thin walls and staff starts cleaning each morning around 5am.
We were able to leave our backpacks and rent a scooter to stay on Sin Htauk beach for a few days. Also organised our tickets to Htee Kee and Thai border through them. Would stay again

The stuff is really nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love it! Maybe it's not too cozy but everything is very clean, super good AC in the room. Price is very good. Shared bathroom but very convenient and very clean! A supergirl at the reception speaks English very well but also she knows everything and is very helpful! She was unlucky to guest famous Mr. Van der Linde - the rudest person I have met on my 2 months trip. But she kept being proffesional which I admire because I would kick the guy off the hotel.
The only thing you may find uncomfortable are thin walls. Life begins around 6 am and its hard to sleep longer if you have weak sleep- it's a little noisy. Personally I don't mind.
Totally recommend, met some AWESOME people there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very rude, twice we have been told « this is your problem not mine », and by differentperson! First, because they had a booking for the next day so we had to leave early the next morning. And the second time because the wifi was not working.
The place is extremely noisy! Plan for eye mask. No hot water. Internet keeps dropping.
But free coffee & toiletries.
We had so much better experience in other guest house. So best to book somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very friendly and proactive about helping out. This guest house also provided the largest tube of toothpaste (almost like a full size) that I've ever received in an accommodation! They have a large map in the main area and a small map on key locations within the city (food, shopping, rentals, tour offices, etc.). Great suggestions on where to go. Free coffee and tea all day. The room was comfortable, with TV, fan/AC, towel, and a clothes hanging stand. Would stay again, although I think for the price paid, there should be a free breakfast, even something simple.
