ヤンゴンからの長距離バスに乗ると、この場所（時計台前）でほとんどの乗客が降りる。終点のパアン市のバスターミナルは郊外なので、旅行者はこの時計台前で降りればいいだろう。他の停留所で降りると、タクシーを見つけにくい。
長距離バスは2019年現在、（上り方面）ヤンゴン、マンダレー、カロー、インレー湖、パテイン、タウングー、ネピドー、バガン、（下り方面）ミャワディー、ラインブエ、ダウェー行きがある。
長距離バスは予約制なので、できれば前日までにこの店で予約していたほうがよい。2019年時点では、ヤンゴン行きはミバゴンというバス会社の9時の3列シートの便がオススメ。

Most passengers get off at this place (in front of the clock tower) when taking a long-distance bus from Yangon. The bus terminal in Hpa-an City at the end is in the suburbs, so travelers should get off in front of this clock tower. It is difficult to find a taxi if you get off at another stop.
As of 2019, there are long-distance buses to Yangon, Mandalay, Kalaw, Inle Lake, Pathein, Taungoo, Nay Pyi Taw, Bagan, (Downward) to Myawaddy, Rhinebue, and Dawei.
Since long-distance buses are reserved, it is better to make a reservation at this store by the day before if possible. As of 2019, we recommend a three-row seat at 9:00 from a bus company called Mibagon for Yangon.
