★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good peaceful hotel in New Bagan, not far from main road but away from the din. Outside is the e-bike rental. Got a good price with Agoda.
My friend was able to sleep well at last after weeks of sleepless nights.
Nice breakfast but not open for lunch. We ordered deep fried fish for dinner which was not bad. We sat at the garden in the cool of the evening.
Minutes walk to lacquerware factory, money changer and eateries.

Pros:
-breakfast good
-bed comfy
-air con good
Cons:
-Staff were some of the worst I've run into in my 2 month journey throughout Southeast Asia. Not welcoming or pleasant. Really not worth it to deal with the staff when there are plenty of other comparable good places- my experience with most of the people of Myanmar is that they are extremely welcoming, kind, and excited to share their culture and home with you , but this group is definitely NOT.
-Everything outside of the rooms is a rip off-- a woman paid $30 USD for two small bags of laundry. Shows the character of a place when they rip off their own guests wherever they can.
-Wifi does not work in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby, which is infested with TONS of mosquitos because they leave standing water in vases and in the 'pool'. Was bitten the most in the lobby vs. being outside at dusk. But wifi works nowhere else.
-Room wasn't ready at checkin time

We stayed at the dorm which was just a normal room with 6 beds. Little privacy but fun and social. Also good continental breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good budget hotel. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but that is the same for many hotels in Bagan, and they were very comfortable.
The best thing was that they had a shower/toilet near reception so even though we had checked out in the morning, and had a long hot day exploring temples, we could take a shower before our night bus.
Location is a bit on the edge of New Bagan. There are a small number of restaurants nearby but most good options are a bit far to walk (25-30 min walk and streets are not lit well).
Opposite the hotel was an e-bike hire place with very reasonable prices, plus they also do some tours (like river cruise, but we didn't try any) and also laundry which is pay-per-kilogram. The hotel laundry is pay-per-item in USD which would be much more expensive!
Hotel Reception staff are very friendly and try to be helpful but some had poor English so it was quite hard to communicate and understand each other.
Breakfast is an average buffet which was adequate but we found that they often ran out of certain items so my tip would be, if you see something you want to eat, grab it before it has gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a steal in the whole of Myanmar. For such a price you get a room, buffet breakfast, hot water and a garden to sit around. The people in the hotel are extremely polite. Very rare to find such people. They go above and beyond to help you.
Can recommend this any day.
Even though we had a power cut, it was just for a few minutes and itts perfectly Ok given the fact that the whole nation suffers from the same. Apart from that. No issues at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel for 3 stars at bargain prices. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast isn't fancy - eggs, a few Asian style dishes, sausages, tomatoes and a small selection of fruits. It's more than adequate and more than what you would normally get at a 3 star hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money! Big rooms, daily room service and various breakfast compared to other accommodations in Myanmar. We had the opportunity to check in early morning without paying an extra price. Quick and good laundry service (within 7 hours). Friendly guy across the street, where you can rent e-bikes and bicycles for a good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked in very late due to the night bus got delayed. However, staffs from the hotel were still happy greeting us when we arrived with an orange juice. The room was big and spacious. I like how cleanliness the room looks. One big minus were the hotel only accept cash in local currency. Although they do have ATM machine, I still don't want to cash out and pay extra fee for withdraw international. The price is a bit high, but in the end I definitely feel like what I paid is what I get.
