★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In none hotel of the world you can go straight to the dining room. I can't judge, if Tin Ma Ma was treated well, but I can see that she wrote her words in anger. But this has nothing to do with this beautiful hotel. We stayed there for 3 month til February 2018 and had a good time. The owners are friendly and helpful and it is great to relax on the terrace at the canal or in front of each room. You won't find a second hotel in Mandalay for this price with an open area like this, big rooms and helpful owners.
