★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality budget hotel. Room is big however. Airconditioning is old and functioning in a way that my room doesn't become really cold. Wifi only at the reception and not in room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banglo type rooms. Rooms are nice and organized mixed modern and traditional style. Breakfast make us fresh and comforatble. All the hotel staffs are very honest and hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice wooden cottages. During night the animal life gets active on the roof. They cause disturbance for sound sleep.
Lots of varities of palm trees. Flowering orchid is a visual treat. But could not hear chirping of birds or see a single one.
A tea maker without coil provided - no tea or coffee provided. Have to have your own pouches. And the hot water to be collected from kitchen. Actually the tea maker is kept to be used as hot water jug.
WiFi facilities not in rooms. Restricted to Reception area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took night bus to golden rock and arrived to hotel around 11pm. It is next to the highway so you can tell the driver to drop you off in front of hotel. It is nice and quiet vila style so come here to enjoy the wood and bamboo style architecture and friendly staff. WiFi only work at reception area and if you spent at the hotel, you can only pay cash, no credit card. The hotel is nice enough to give us US dollars exchange to local money, thanks a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are a bit tired. But nice and big. Large bathrooms also. We enjoyed the breakfast, the friendly and helpful staff. They booked our onward transfer to Hpa An, at a good price (cheaper than what was quoted in the town, but this is a common issue in Myanmar. Non-locals always get a different price). The hotel is positioned 8 minute walk outside the village, but this helps being less noisy. Would stay again. Nice restaurant across the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived two nights. The wooden room makes me feel Nature. The rooms are quiet and far from roads.
Entertainment is weak. No wifi. No telephone for the room. Have to call via Hotel Phone Number. They have problems with water system. Auto water pressure pump makes too much pressure on toilet water gun. The room uses mostly outside lighting. Inside lamps are so dim. Breakfast provides only little options. Homemade fried rice, toasted bread and coffee. No tea. They have one building and some bangalos for room selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel in walking distance from bus terminal and goldrn rock starting point. The resort is placed in a nice garden and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was pretty clean but could use better lights. It had a nice terrasse to spend time on. The rooms had all it was needed exept a safe. No wifi in your rooms but available at the reception. Breakfast was a la carte and was tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is spacious and decoration is somewhat traditional. The staffs are friendly. But the air conditioning system is out of date and not functioning well. You could only turn on and off but not adjust the temperature. When I was there, I couldn't sleep properly because the room wasn't cold enough. Room amenities are also poor. The landscaping, reception and dining hall decoration are great though. But Would only give 3 stars for lacking of necessities of a hotel.
