★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class. I found the entire hotel to be very clean. The location of the hotel is very good, kinda in the center. For me, this was fine as I was there for a meeting and this hotel was the meeting venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to find different villa with different reception area because of spreading locations and lack of central information. The suites seemed to be located at the end of hallways so I could hop out of the room and smoke on a spacious balcony overlooking the lake. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nay Pyi Daw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must stay if you are looking for retreat, quiet time or away from city activities. All of the hotel employees were the friendliest we've encountered. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the door*** with a warm welcome. The ***ager was very professional in dealing with the problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a hotel with high CP ratio then this is it. It is great for not only business but also a family vacation. Beside the internet access speed needs to be reinforce which is a common problem in this town. Remember to try the gem and swimming pool. The breakfast is nice with most everything even for a vegetarian can feel appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in hotel zone one where is accessable place near shopping center. Room rate is fair and get amazing facilities. Hotel service is good and breakfast is fantastic. Including big lake with beautiful landscaping. Conclusion, it's a good place to stay in Nay Pyi Taw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay at this resort was the highlight of my trip to Myanmar this time around. The location of the hotel is very convenient to arrive. Easy to walk to anything we wanted to do. Hotel should consider having a small convenient store at hotel lobby since everything else is so far away. The shower was very nice with a large head.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were polite, friendly and attentive. The restaurant food was a decent mix of western and european/american fare for breakfast which struck a nice balance I think. As there was no occupants in the wing I was staying in and hence it was pleasantly quiet and relaxing all the time.
