★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees are probably the best we have ever encountered. The room is kind of small. The hotel is close to all shops. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. The room did not have very good insulation from outside noises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could be cheaper, but the quality of the hotel is great. Needs more wall plugs; there was only one wall plug next to the bed, and there were only three wall plugs total in the room, all scattered in the wrong places of the room. so charging electronics were difficult with the mosquito repellent machine thing plugged in already. A/C works great but because of humidity, no towel or clothes dried no matter how much effort I put into it. The fridge is FULL of drinks to choose from. The cleaning job is amazing. Shampoo, toothbrush, good soap, nice towels, hot shower, slippers, etc were all provided in good quality. You can smoke indoors, too, so that was one of the personal favorites for me about this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were always greeted with a smile. The service team were very polite and helpful at all times. The rooms have pretty good sound proofing. I love the garden in the hotel. Min walk from an entrance to inya lake going past rowing clubs. Location of property is pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 4 days recently with my wife. The staffs are very friendly so that I thought I was home. The breakfast has a lot of nice things. Everything is pretty much in walking distance. Convenient to access most of the city locations through taxi. We always thought we got our money's worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good rest there as the surroundings were very peaceful. Service is good. The kitchenette is a nice bonus. The bed is the best thing about the room. Walking distance to the shops & restaurants. The food quality throughout the hotel is superb. We will be staying there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we were in was in need of a remodel. The people there treat you like you're somebody. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. All the furnishings were of a high standard. The bathroom was always spotlessly clean. The beds are a great treat. The location of the hotel is pretty central.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great find. I was traveling with a friend and I didnt want to stay in the city center. Although this location is a bit north of the city, it is still in a great place. Quiet, peaceful and the best breakfast location you can have with their patio and peaceful surroundings. Owners speak Chinese and staff were so helpful and really tried hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. You will need to take a taxi into town or it is about an hour walk. The lake is nearby and new large shopping center. Rooms are big and comfortable. Air-conditioning worked excellent. Breakfast was simple but good. It is a great place to stay to escape the traffic and hectic downtown. Taxis are not expensive and traffic is not as bad as they say. It is also closer to the airport and saves about 45 minutes in the morning leaving to the airport as opposed to leaving from the city center. Hotel Innya is very good value for the price. If I come back to Yangon, I would definitely stay here again.
