I was in this hotel in Mandalay from August, 15th to August, 19th.
The hotel is really well located. In the middle of the city and
the views are really great too.
The best of the hotel is the people. All the staff try to help you in every moment.
In the reception Wai Yan is a great host of the hotel and Mandalay. He explained us all about the city and its monuments.
if I visit Mandalay again I'll come back to this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I'm in Mandalay then I'll be here and only here. Nothing can beat this place. Great service for a great price. I'm impressed so much that words are not enough. Very friendly staff and management. Very helpful with great Myanmar hospitality. Keep up the good work. Love you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never before have I experienced so great service! From the moment we stepped in thru the door, and until now, where we are seated in the lobby waiting for our bus, the service have been above and beyond.
The will help you with literally everything, from booking a bus, taxi or recommending a restaurant.
When we checked in, we where offered freshly pressed juice in the lobby and even after checking out, they are still helping us with everything.
I've been on Hilton, Marriott and 5 star resorts, but this is the best service I have ever tried.
The hotel have a beautiful Oriental interior.
The pillow is too thick for my taste and the breakfast could use a bit more international food. The local food in the breakfast was good though.
I will recommend this to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here were exceptional. Breakfast was amazing with a good view, wifi was strong everywhere, and hot water and ac were reliable. The rooftop bar was one of the highlights of our trip! Stunning view with good food and drink specials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well-maintained hotel. Had beautiful views of Mandalay from our room. The breakfast was very good and the view from the top floor open roof was amazing. Staff are very friendly and respectful. They arranged everything for our trip very professionally. The room was very clean. Also they have computers that you can use in the reception

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staff is very nice. The most beautiful is there is roof top bar+Restaurant. From the restaurant top you can see the city in all four direction. If any Indian group want to stay in the hotel they will make special indian food for those people. The owner and manager of the hotel are very cooperative. Another most beautiful thing is it all rooms having wooden floor that feel more comfort. If i stay again in Mandalay i will definitely prefer this hotel again for stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable rooms with full windows giving a view of the city (if you are high enough). The restaurant on the rooftop is a nice spot for dinner, drinks or just watching the nighttime skyline of Mandalay! The buffet breakfast was also good and the staff were very attentive!
