★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly open hotel and so clean. Linen, beds, towels and bathroom/toilet are so new and clean. We love this hotel. Recommended for budget travellers. Will stay here surely if we come to PyinOoLwin again. Thanks a lot, Hotel One. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great place to stop overnight as we were traveling from Hsipaw to Mandalay. The room was basic and clean, and the breakfast was pretty standard fare compared to other hotels in Myanmar. The staff was especially helpful in coordinating a driver to take us to the waterfalls and to Mandalay. Though it’s not in the center of all of the action, it’s an easy walk to/from the train station (15min) and about the same distance from the restaurants near Purcell Tower. Going to the lake would probably involve a taxi or tuktuk.
