★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was clean but common showers are in a different floor. They offer free train pickup and dropoff and free bicycle if you stay more than one night. WiFi flakey but when it does work, it is fast.
Breakfast was very lame both mornings. While they write it is avail 7am, we had to wait 40 minutes for it. Got very little food and while we repeatedly emphasized vegan (tatalo in Burmese), they served us meat, butter and bread made with milk. Reception staff was not very helpful with mostly saying "yes" and doing little to assist.
The reason I'm not giving it 1 star is that they made us a cool rooftop party for Christmas. This was a really nice gesture which made our stay pleasant altogether.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My best stay in Myanmar, the staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast Is rich, the room is old style but clean very well.
They provide free bicycle rent and free transportation from hotel to train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it was possible to give over 5 stars, I would! The best service I've ever received from a hotel while backpacking. They provided water, toothbrushes and soap for us every day. It's extremely clean in the bedroom and bathrooms. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They helped us carry our stuff in and out, held the door open for us all the time and were very, very helpful to me when I got sick on the last day in Myanmar. I would recommend this place to anybody. It is the place to be in Pyin Oo Lwin and we are happy we looked at the other reviews to experience this awesome hotel for ourselves. You will not be disappointed staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a dorm room and got a room with a king-size double bed and a single bed to myself. Very comfortable, quiet, free toiletries and water included. They serve breakfast in the room and it is great and generous. I opted for the traditional Myanmar breakfast each time: coffee, juice, fruit, rice, egg, a chickpea mix, a mix of peanuts with tiny crunchy salty fish, dried tiny shrimp, deep fried samosas, and two small steamed buns! You won't even need lunch after that. Upon request they give free bicycles, and they insisted on hiring a motorbike taxi to get me to the train station at no cost to me. The only downside is that you have to walk downstairs to get to the bathrooms, but I didn't mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is comfortable and offers cheap prices. The walls are thin so you may hear your neighbor. The showers and the toilets are downstairs which is not the most convenient. The WiFi works ok. The breakfast is big and pretty tasty. All of this for 8$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely hotel with a really cheap price for a private room, the staffs are friendly and helpful eventhough they can't speak English well. No charges for bike rental if you stay minimum 2 nights which is a bonus for your stay. Will go there again for sure.

・helped me to arrange bus/taxi to Mandalay without commission
・gave me "morning calls" not to miss breakfast
・even offered me free lunch when leaving
+ Room and bathroom are kept very clean
・(constructive) Hot water seemed not always available, which was okay and might be my miss handling.
+ Good breakfast is included
・They can bring it to your room.
++ Free wifi is available
・It was stable and pretty quick!
+++ Other outstanding helps were available
・They could help me to stay cheaper considering that I would only use single bed in the triple bed room
・I mistakenly forgot my belongings in the hotel but they arranged nicely to send it to my new hotel in Mandalay in the same day
I would definately stay again for the next time. :)
