★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doing motel business just they have the money. They are not professional in it. Owner is really rude in terms of his manner and saying. Do not expet sweat voices and good customer service from them. Trust me, I got shouted to get out of his motel. First time in my life.

All amenities are just 5 mins working distance.
Motorbike and car rental are available too.
Rooms are quite spacious for the price.
Room rate is 25000 & 30000 kyat for local
Rooms are Air-conditioning and heater.
Con - no lift for 5 story buolding and hot water is not hot enough.
Wifi is free but limited users or sometimes not able to connect.
Advise - if you wanna stay here make sure book for level 2 rooms otherwise you endup on level 4 and have to use staircase.
