★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New hotel in Pyin Oo Lwin, but no elevator. Quite troublesome if your room is in higher floor. Apart from this, the price is reasonable for a decent stay right at the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived in Pyin Oo Lwin on an overnight bus from Yangon, and was looking to do a day trip to Gokteik Viaduct without staying a night.
I managed to contact Hotel Maymyo via email to ask if they would allow me to leave my bag for a fee and they very graciously allowed me to leave my bags with them for free even though I didn’t stay here. Sandar even went the extra mile and offered to help me purchase the train tickets. She also helped me arrange a shared cab from Pyin Oo Lwin to Mandalay after my day trip.
This is really Burmese hospitality as its best. If I ever visit Pyin Oo Lwin, I will definitely stay here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend to stay. The room is not wide. The floor is very cold and there is no suitable disposable slipper in the room. The dinning is 5th floor and there is no lift. The hot water is available only for the bathroom. Only cold water for the wash basin and toilet. Air condition is also bad. Compared to the price and hotel room, price is high. I will never stay there again.

The view from restaurant is awesome!!

only one bike per room. We were two people so couldn't use it. But the bike looked very nice.
Limited breakfast options. They offered buffet first day but next day they changed it to menu option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were really wide and clean. It can be pricy but when there are discounts, it's really worth it.
I had some bad experience staying at the hotel concerning with inequality. They favour foreigners over locals. Breakfast is better for them. When i ask the staff about difference, she couldn't answer well so i decided not to go there again.
The rest can be fine, esp if u are a foreigner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here on two separate occasions. Lovely quiet Hotel. Nice clean rooms. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Has a good breakfast buffet. Convenient location for sightseeing and visiting local shops and market, and 1km walk from the railway station. Umbrellas in the room was a nice touch. Had plenty of sockets in the room for charging stuff, which was great. Would stay there again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying some days in this hotel during a solo trip in Myanmar and Pyin U Lwin in may 2018. Late comment because I promised the staff I'll give them a very positive review. The reason? Because they were so lovely!. Amazing staff with clean big room in the center of the city. And good advices about touristic places to see also. Thanks again to the team for those nice memories. Greetings from France.
