★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well-located joint Japanese-Myanmaran hotel situated close to the heart of Pyin Oo Lwin. Rooms up to a generally high standard, with heating (vital in the Myanmaran highlands!), free WiFi (not great, but good to have) and brekkie provided between 7am to 9am. Staff friendly and willing to aid you if you need local knowledge or services.
Good for those looking to spend a little time in-town, or if you're just stopping over to other parts.
Cannot recommend highly enough, overall; well worth the price of admission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent little hotel but there was no shower cubicle as advertised in the bathroom and the wifi was not very strong. The room was OK and the staff were very nice. Recommended but when booking insist on a room with a shower cubicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really well managed and operated hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with fine amenities. Location is great for walking the main street and grabbing local food or doing some shopping. Any kind of transport (local or long distance) can easily be arranged. Breakfast in the morning is filling, with enough variety to make you not have to say "this again?" if staying for several days. I would highly consider coming back to this hotel if/when I return.

They're sticklers for extra-person charges but it's fine because the breakfast is quite good.
Different rooms of the same type have different features (in my visit, the room with a shower had no view from the window), so if you don't like something you should ask to see another room. Staff are really nice.
