Malheureusement le personnel est très agréable mais je parle pas un mot d’anglais !!
C’est le seul point positif de notre séjour leurs sourire.
La piscine était inutilisable, même des larves dans l’eau !
Chambre sale, chambre pas nettoyée sur trois jours, eau chaude salle de bain très limite.
Même si beaucoup beaucoup de mal pour se faire comprendre et ce même avec le traducteur, le personnel reste au petits soi s. Mais franchement générant quoi !
Nous avons décidé de quitter l’hôtel pour avoir une piscine qui marche.
Et sommes vraiment très déçus d’avoir perdue notre temps dans ce logement où nous pensions pouvoir nous détende entre nos visites de Bagan autour de la piscine.

Unfortunately the staff are very pleasant but I don't speak a word of English !!
That’s the only positive thing about our stay is their smile.
The pool was unusable, even larvae in the water!
Dirty room, room not cleaned over three days, very limited hot water bathroom.
Even if a lot of trouble to make themselves understood and this even with the translator, the staff remains on the small side. But frankly generating what!
We decided to leave the hotel to have a working pool.
And we are very, very disappointed to have wasted our time in this accommodation where we thought we could relax between our visits to Bagan around the swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was arriving late at night but I was told on email they would wait for me. Good thing I arrived early. The staff doesn't speak much English but they are tech savvy and use voice translation (although we all know how useless it can be sometimes). The manager (?) helped take me to a restaurant late at night and brought me back after dinner which was so generous of him! The breakfast is good, staff super friendly, the room is comfortable. There is a pool as well.
