★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just one-night stay was terrible. We stayed there in July 2019, one of peak time.
Air-con was not working well and didn't produce cool air. We complained about it since afternoon. They tried really hard to repair it as they don't want to change the room. We were allowed to change to another room at almost midnight when they can accept the fault.
Breakfast was so-so. There was a mold on croissant that I took. Fruit plates are not covered at open space.
The rooms and compound are wide and facilities are good except air-con.
No e-bikes available at the hotel.
This is the hotel that I'll never choose again to stay in Bagan.
