★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 1 night here. The room was clean and of resonable size, however the room was quite loud, some of the powerplugs did not work and the towels had brownish stains. Im not a huge fan of having the shower right above the toilet either, but I guess this is normal in Myanmar. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly and helpfull.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern and nice hotel in an old center of Yangon. Room was clean and pretty equipment. Furniture and bathroom looks like new and in good condition. Big and comfortable bed. Refrigerator and safe box in the room. We have window to the street side and it is quiet during night. Very cool is bar on the roof with view to city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 o'clock was the check-in time, but we reached around 12, they asked to wait for an hour to get the room ready, we agreed to wait. In between they offered another room, but not satisfactory hence we opted to wait. We had to wait till 2.10 to get the room.
Some things that I expected which they could have done, giving us some drinks, at least some water, could have taken to a temporary room to take rest or to some recreation room, or something to pass time, instead of waiting at the reception for two hours.
We had booked a room with bathtub. The room was great ?. Big enough, good for a family of four. Really clean. City view window.
Deserve a 5 ? if they knew how to treat early check-ins better.

the location is fine, easy to get to by taxi. close to People's park and downtown yangon.
the rooms a bit dated or cheap feeling.
breakfast on the other side was good and a good variation. nice rooftop set up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in very convenient place easy access to spirits accessories shops, city mart and many other restaurants. The staff was really helpful and very pleasant . I should say this that we were there around 50 days during the COVID 19 outbreak and they treat us very well during that hard time. Therefore i should appreciate their great hospitality . Further every night we went to the rooftop Bar (Tony Bar) charming old fashioned bar. The place was really helpful for us to release our stress during pandemic period since being stuck in another country without access to flights is really stressful bothersome feeling. breakfast also good both western and traditional foods were there. I will select this place in future visits as well.

Good simple rooms, great location to get around, lively atmosphere in San Chaung but quieter than downtown which is a short taxi ride away. Included breakfast was simple and good.
Lovely rooftop bar, a bit more expensive than other places you can go to nearby but the rooftop is very pleasant and with a good view of Shwedagon Pagoda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised by the price of the rooftop bar (I think Mr Tony-Love house). The price was so reasonable among the rooftop bar I had ever visited before. You should visit there and grab some dish and drink with low cost. You will also see the moving Yangon from the bar. Enjoy your evening.
