★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best cinema in Yangon downtown area. The car parking has more than enough spaces. It's a facility in a mall. Therefore you can enjoy shopping in spare time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Movie theater is really good with comfortable seats and spacious leg room. One thing that I don't like is too many adverts before movie and no visible signs of seat that makes difficult to find seats in the dark. Besides, there is no attached toilet for movie theaters and we have to go toilets a little far away from movie theaters and that toilets are smelly. I think no regular cleaning services for toilets in the stopping mall.
