The building itself is a sight. We took the escalator up three flights before using the elevator. Looks like a scene from a horror movie. Kind of cool to be honest.
Cinema is on the 5th floor. Hard to explain it, never saw an actual movie but I wouldn't expect much maybe was nice in the past. If you're bored take a look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mingalar cinemas are one of the best and special places in the city. Partly cos they're the only major theatre chain in country. But now JCGV has come along with more expensive, much better services and equipment, Mingalar cinemas are falling behind. Lack of maintenance, improvements, poor staff have made me don't want to go to Mingalar cinemas at all. I've only gone there twice in past couple years only because one of the best films in the country is showing there exclusively. Mingalar needs to step up and make changes. And fast.
