★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small screens and average sound quality. Variety of movies scheduled is quite impressive. Parking is hell lotta tough during weekdays daytime. There's no advance booking via apps but you can book via phone I guess. You can take your own food and beverages into the theater halls. Overall experience is average considering this place has existed throughout the military regime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite an old cinema hall but still has decent sound and screen quality. The seats seem a bit too close for people to walk through to get to their seats. Washroom is clean and tidy. You can buy your water and snacks downstairs. Wish they make their ticketing area air conditioned as if it's crowded, it gets too hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The theater is so clean and tidy that i felt comfortable and i enjoyed watching movie together with my brother and sister including the Father who accompanied us. It is the first time to watch movie there. The accommodation is nice and the sound system is excellent. The latest movies are available. I would like to watch the movie, Hero. It seems to be one of the best movies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best movie theaters in Myanmar. It is quite old but renovated very well. It shows the latest movies and they can show 3D movies too. It is composed of one main hall which has two floors and 2mini cinemas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cinema in downtown Yangon. They play recent films in English. There are two levels of seating, lower level ~3,000kyats, upper level 4,000kyats. The theatre is air conditioned and extremely comfortable to escape the Yangon heat for a few hours!! Very clean and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Downtown cinema building is a very attractive visit area in Yangon. Two cinemas are existing in there such as Shay Saung, Nay Pyi Taw cinema, the Su Htoo Pann and Myo Ma are re built to new one as Sakura Condo. Muat visit here and watch a film when the corona virus pandemic is over cleaned. Actually we should miss old one, built in to new one we need to make a greeting as Say Hi. Worthy a visit when you reached in Yangon, Myanmar.
