★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good attention from the girl in the reception, the only one speaking English. They claim rooms have private bathroom but there are outside the rooms... Cleaning can be improved specially removing spider nets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As they open a tap beer bar near by ...but, some drinking people are speak so loud that make clients unhappy...,beside, there's a snooker player table ,near it too.Whatever is it,fair price of room charge and delicious food makes happy to the clients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel would turn off the hotel every hour or two--I had to keep going down and demanding they turn back on the wi-fi. I'm not sure why they keep turning it off but it was frustrating. They made us pay before we got to see the rooms, which is unusual as everywhere else in Asia we have been able to pay at checkout. They seem sneaky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was ok however it was a bit cold inside and air condition heating did not work. Breakfast was simple but good. Wifi was not very stable. They have cheap drought beer in the restaurant. Water in the shower was very hot. English of the lady on the reception was very basic so you need to go to other places to organise tickets or guide to see places around the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice hotel. It's close to most places you want to go in Hsipaw, and the rooms are fine, mosquito nets included. The breakfast is okay, but not great. The hotel offered us a tour guide who was very helpful and showed us a lot of the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very simple hotel. Actually an old house and smells like old stuff. The owner is a friendly but shy lady and his daughter is a cute smiley girl. They try their best to help you although their English skills are not the best.
The price is not fair for this accommodation considering Myanmar as a total, but this is the rule in Hsipaw.
They have good food and cheap pint as well. Great for the night
