★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1-star so manage your expectations...nice garden, delicious and simple breakfast with good prompt service, room is simple and clean..location is somewhat far from other sights as it is in New Bagan...so unless you are seeking tranquility, you might want to research some other hotels in Old Bagan. 20 mins from Bagan Airport so it is convenient. Also 15 mins to the nearest restaurant and convenience store. Overall okay to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast is surprisingly really bad. Place is Clean and tidy. Perfect location for reaching sunrise stupas/temples. We were disappointed by the facilities at the hotel. There is a need for more of the staff to improve English skills. Not worth the money but then everything in bagan is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent three nights at this hotel as the last leg of our tour. Clean but aging buildings in need of a make over. We are sure the thoughtfulness of the design will be appreciated by ***y today's travellers like us. The shower has got to be the best hotel shower ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of hotel was very good. Its worth the price to stay here. Great bungalow style hotel with all porches facing the nice garden that gives natural shades. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hot water after a minute or so but plentiful when it came. Very good restaurants within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is second to none. The amenities need to be upgraded, in my opinion. Most of people in hotel were pretty well decent. I've always been extremely happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast is a very nice bonus. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this hotel could not be more friendly and accommodating for. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. The best bed I have slept in in a long time. The pool is a very nice feature for the hot days or a lazy day off from temple hunting. Peaceful and quiet.
