★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the main street, however the rooms are oriented the other way so they are quiet. Guest house is quite old what is mostly visible on the furnishing of the rooms, but they were clean. Not the bathroom though. Breakfast were generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places I have ever stayed. Very nice rooms with meditative ambience. Nice lovely balcony looking over the street. Extremely friendly staff. Great breakfast. 20$ per day. The place tops stay option in Nyang U.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May Kha Lar Guesthouse is a longtime fixture in Naung-U, run with warm hospitality and providing a phenomenal free breakfast. Rooms are spacious and simple, with some rooms sporting nicely updated bathrooms. Highly recommend.
