★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for three nights in the standard rooms. The hotel itself is quite old. Everything you could see was very clean. Any questions we had were answered in a very pleasant ***ner. We were very happy with the location of this hotel. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a good place for the price I paid for. If you are willing pay above 30000 kyats for single room, this is the perfect place for you. The elevator was awkward the time I stayed, the 'Call Button' was hard to press, not sure which area to press to call for the elevator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet is adequate in size and clean. Floor 10 has been renovated recently.we have been told.
Unaceptable is the exterior, reception area, lifts and breakfast rooms as they are dirty and need urgent renovation.
Breakfast is Asian buffet with noodles, rice, eggs, vegetables etc. reasonable in quantity and variety. It is advisable not to look into the kitchen prior to eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is on point with all your needs and very helpful with directions and the girl at the front desk is so sweet and speaks many languages. breakfast is free with room and very tasty. The only con I have is the rooms are not as nice as they showed in the photos when I booked it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. I've always been extremely happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff is there to help you to enjoy as much as possible during your stay. We arrived early morning and the staff was more than accommodating. The best part is the convenience.
