★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are providing electricity for only 3-4 hours per day. Guys, are you serious? 70-80$ for a room on third floor, without a lift. And when you want a hot cup of tea or coffee you have to go to first floor and get hot water from one big boiler. If you are lucky and it is already boiling, you don't wait. Otherwise you have to wait for 10-15 minutes to have the water boiled. The rooms are spacious, but really sandy and dusty. Shouldn't you prepare the room before letting in the new guests. Decent breakfast. Not so much to choose from, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is ok. Electricity is off from 6 Am to 6 Pm. That's terrible. Staff are welcome and service is enough. They have sea view rooms but under maintenance in the rainny season. Breakfast room is simple and clean, but can't see view from this. Compound is spacious. Not much attractive though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. great services,the staff was very responsive,polite and was extremely helpful with our needs. the rooms were clean and comfortable. they provided good breskfast with many variety of food and drinks. the pool was clean with a kid friendly area.

Staff highly professional hoteliers--since we were on a team-building trip with a school party, the staff not only found and prepared materials for our activities but also taught our students the skills of silver service. This kind of concern for the comfort and convenience of guests characterises five-star hotels. Altogether, a great choice.
