★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lighting scheme isn't good for taking nice photos. Only pointed light sources outdoors without ample general lighting. Alot of the light is uplit, creating ghost faces. This is a 5 star establishment, why did they not think this through? Have to park one block away and walk over. If you are wearing heels good luck. Get a driver or go with taxi, instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was beautiful especially since it is being maintained properly. We had booked the corridor inside the Pegu(Bago) Club and it easily fit out 150+ audience. The lighting in the corridor and the lawn was gorgeous and perfectly fit our theme of a masquerade prom. However, I thought the food could have been somewhat better and could have been kept heated as well. Overall my experience there was great and we all enjoyed the event!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautifully renovated piece of historical architecture that maintained its historical essence whilst adding in tastefully appropriate modern furnishing. Offers only as a venue for any sort of celebration, from private family affairs to public promotional events. No proper staying accommodations have been officially established yet, but a café and a bar are to be open to the public soon.
