★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was great, tidy and spacious and the food is great. They are also just up the street from the best restaurant in town. The best part about this place though is the staff! They are so kind and welcoming and do everything in their power to make you feel at home while you are with them. I left an important bag ( a gift from a good friend ) and went to Bagan, they contacted me AND sent the bag on a bus to Bagan AND had a friend of theirs bring it from the bus station to my guest house. I can't speak enough of how grateful I am. Definitely give Sin Yaw Guesthouse a go, you won't be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, clean and quiet place. The bed very comfy, a lot of blankets to be worm. Hot shower with good water pressure. Great location - 2 min to the boat, 2 min to the market. For this price the best offer!
