★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in the center of Yangon. The price is very reasonable. Breakfast is included. The staff is very friendly and speaking good English. All of attractions are not very far from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staffs with great service. I am not able to go far for dinner since I need to catch the bus at the hotel to Bagan, so one staff asked for help to buy me the soft drink and instant noodle for me. I really appreciate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff very helpful and nice. Place needs a major renovation - rooftop dining room accessed only through dank/dark hallway/stairway with disgusting, stained, worn-through carpet. This place markets itself as 4-stars but it's 1-star by Western standards, 2-stars by developing-countries' standards. View from rooftop dining room spectacular. All doors to guests' rooms require loudly-slamming in order to shut - that's just inexcusable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 5 nights here. Rooms are clean, hot water, staff is very friendly. They even learn me how to tie longyi.?
Breakfast is a rich buffet which hot dishes and it changes every day. Fair view for sunset at the restaurant (6th floor), with a free soft cocktail to enjoy it. Bicycles are free to use. They arrange you some tuk-tuk tour or destination by bus with fair price. If you want to visit the suburbs in tuk-tuk ask Fatty! Very funny and warmly man. And after all we find think price is very competitive for all these services. And you have night food market, little shops and restaurants close to it. We definitely warmly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms and amenities were basic, but still clean and reliable. Be aware that you might not get hot water. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again, especially for the price! It’s also in a great part of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a good stay in smart hotel. In my view this would have been a 4 star hotel 20 years ago. It's just an old classy hotel, but still with the facilities. Breakfast is good, free bike rental, friendly staff, water and toiletries are provided, it's just old fashioned. If you don't mind this, it's a great place to stay.
