★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was ok. I was in a single room with private bathroom. The beds were comfortable but I don't think they change the sheets very often. The AC works well and my room was quiet. No breakfast. You can rent scooters. The location was good and the price was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best rate. Has AC and nice clean beds. Great for backpackers. Hotel staff are nice. They will book tours, cars and motorbikes, also just across the road is a more expensive popular motel full of foreigner where tours can also be booked.

The quiet room was right by the noisy road.
There were alot or large cockroaches in the room that crawled on us at night.
The pillows were rock hard, and very tall making them unusable.
The setup of the hallway was extremely weird. Had 2 AC units pumping into a hallway, which made the balcony, and the main open area by the bathrooms extremely hot.
It also amplified the nasty smell in the large open area and toilets.
The room was grungy, paint peeling, and permanent dirt on the walls.
The bikes rented from the hotel were not in very good condition at all. The first bike the brakes hardly worked and the whole body smashed around, and was given to us with almost no fuel, and the second bike was better, but the front tire was completely bald.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was perfect ! The room and bathroom are clean, the staff suuuper nice and friendly, speaking English and a bit French ? scooter for cheap as well. And the breakfast is amazing, changing everyday with a lot of different things.
I highly recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a very nice place to stay for a good price. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. We rented motor bikes for all 3 days we stayed there and they helped tremendously. The room itself was clean and quiet and had an AC that did it's job well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 3 nights here by February 2019. We didn't book in advance so just arrived to the counter and paid 20000 K per night. Rooms tends to be very different from each other, so we'll talk about the 105 : everything was clean, we've been given towels. However, could be noisy at night, just bring ear plugs and it'll become a very nice stay because :
- Breakfast is really really nice. Generous and tasty.
- Staff absolutely nice and makes everything to help you as much as they can. Most of them speak good English and can arrange nearly everything for you.
- Location is pretty good, 5 minutes walk from / tol the clock tower where most of the buses seem to start / stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a couple backpacking through SEA and we quite liked it there. Double room was good and satisfied our needs (towels, hot shower, clean, everything was working).
Staff is very helpful and nice. I loved the character of the owner. Probably the best owner and staff we had so far. Just very friendly in a normal way and open to help and talk to you.
You can also rent bikes for a good price. We even rent one at 3 am in the morning to get to mount zwegabin for the sunrise.
Oh, one more thing. Also the breakfast was the best we had so far. Fantastic cook. Chapeau!
