Two consecutive bathrroms are not separated fully with bricks but contain 2*1 ft sq unclear mirror. So the other side can hear wht u r doing on ur side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are small unless you take the 2 room suites. Located across monastery , unfortunately given room facing it and had my sleep interrupted by the clanging of the bell throughout the night. Breakfast provide of very poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast menu is very good and delicious. Room charge is reasonable. When I asked double room, they provided me the room with bath tab. Cold and warm water is available. The lobby is very nice and interesting. You have chance to take romantic photo there. There is also soviener shop. Hotel Gabbana accept many tourist. They are foreginer friendly. They provide the travel map including all tourist accyraction around Hpa-An with English Caption. I appteciate this hotel. The time I stay there at 2018 Early month, the price is 45000 MMK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to recommend this hotel when you reach Hpa-an.There are many bedroom types to choose ! Amazing staff's performance. They are very helpful and nice communication.Nice restaurant,fair price and tasty food. Plus,I got to eat Italian food ! But still needs waiters' improvement.The rooms are comfortable and fits with the price. The bed is cozy. So if you are in Hpa-an and finding for a hotel, this would be the best. And I hope my review can be useful for you. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are pretty small for the price they ask for. You can get bigger rooms in Yangon for the same price. Breakfast options are very limited. No lock on the bathroom door - which is something I've never seen in other hotels. Car parking is quite small. I gave two stars because the location is quite nice and staffs are friendly. Not a place where I'd stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best hotel in the town. Only downside is the bathroom has a blurred privacy window at the top of the wall which goes to the next rooms bathroom. No one can see through the window, however you can hear people in the bathroom next door talking or playing music. Friendly helpful staff.
