★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy on the reception really helpful. About hotel I will not comment so much (no hot water, not clean) just that they have a terrible zoo we cry during our visit there. Please do not encourage this type of resorts

There have mini zoo, restaurants garden and swimming pools.
The price start from 50,000 Myanmar Kyats for double bed.
Location is Near Hpa an Technological University and Zwekabin Mountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good but breakfast and amenities are not that good. Maintenance is extremely poor. Saw broken floor tiles, shower, internet connection, etc. Dirty room. Not worth for a stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast is not ok. Swimming Pool water is very dirty. 15 minutes drive to pha-an down town. Customer service is not bad. Mini zoo is ok for kids . Mountain view is the best one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't use the one star often as it means the experience has been awful, but this time it was so I'll have to use it. The place has a lot to improve in tidyness and atmosphere but most of all in customer service. Not to mention the cold water or the horribly loud karaoke in the yard. After I told the hotel manager the air-conditioning and phone are not working in our room and that we'd also like to move to a quiet room so we could sleep, the manager got angry. He lied to us that the karaoke would stop in half an hour, but later said he just lied to us so he could get us out of the way. He was very rude and laughed at us. As we insisted he do something so we could get a quiet room he threatened to call the police. We asked for him to get his boss to solve the issues we had with him, but he refused. When we found the owner and explained the situation with her sister's help as translator, se didn't do anything either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened resort hotel with wonderful & friendly staff. Just like any other new businesses, plenty of room for improvement. Definitely has the potential.
The views are absolutely stunning.
Relaxing morning walk around the resort is definitely a MUST.
Resort owners are definitely open to suggestions.
Will I come back again? DEFINITELY !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed hotel. Not enough manpower. Had to wait for 3 hours to be checked in. Not enough staffs to be functional during peak seasons. Cleaning staffs must have got the room ready quickly as we have been waiting for 3 hours to get it cleaned. They didn't sweep the floor. Not their fault though. Heard them complaining they were over work-loaded. Pool is also not clean. Pool lights were not turned on timely until we asked them to. More like a front business of some sort. Animals in the zoo seem depressed. Some animal rights team should go inspect.
