★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the banks of beautiful Inle Lake, the resort is in a class of its own. Buildings are tastefully adorned with artworks and both indoor and outdoor areas are designed for comfort and relaxation. The restaurant is spacious and classy. Service is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel on the shore of lake Inle. Beautiful rooms, nice and clean. Attentive staff, friendly service, good bar. There are two pools, one of them facing the lake. Really recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being in Bagan, the resort is correctly rated as 4-star. The resort is luscious green and is newly built. It was inaugrated on November 2017. It has facilities including restaurant, swimming pool, gym, massage and spa. The bed is really comfortable and room space is enough. The resort majorly have twin bed rooms and very few double bed rooms. The location is perfect and is in New Bagan. There is sunset and sunrise view point as well however the view is not good from that point. The breakfast buffet is really nice. Being vegetarian we specifically asked chef to make some additional dishes in morning which they agreed and served to us separately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for some night snacks and drinks in the lovely atmosphere of this resort. The snacks were delicious and the staff is very professional, attentive and friendly.
Especially the owner is very friendly, helpful and hospitable.
I regret we never tried any of their main dishes but when I come back to Bagan that’s on my bucket list. Can definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It only opened 4 months ago so everything is new. Service has been great - staff are friendly, abundant, attentive.
There’s an outdoor pool and pool bar with a happy hour, and restaurant on site. I did get a juice smoothie at the bar, but have only observed the rest of it.
The gym is still not completed, but their spa is! The spa was standard, I wouldn’t compare it to other nice resorts, but it is cleaner than another I tried locally, so if cleanliness is a factor, I would suggest trying this spa.
The finishing could be more refined (wall paint is on the floor) but all in all, happy with the service and overall cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amata Garden Resort honestly has it so right. The rooms are super comfortable, service fantastic and friendly and the pool is better than it looks in pictures. Very clean and inviting and such a large, beautiful pool. No request was too much trouble here with the hotel organising us great rates on e-bikes and transfers which is rare that the prices were better than we could find outside. Breakfast is good, not amazing but the food is tasty. The room is styled beautifully - a few small things like paint splatters and edging could have been done better but we found the room both functional and super comfy. We loved our three nights here and couldn’t recommend it more highly - the staff aim to please and are genuinely lovely. We hope to return one day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very clean, the food was good, the pool was lovely, the massages were great, and everyone was very nice and welcoming. But the highlight of the hotel was definitely the manager. We had a very unfortunate incident outside of the hotel and informed the staff when we returned that night. We got a call to our room not long after saying that the manager would like to speak with us. She was very understanding and helped us resolve the issue from beginning to end. Honestly, it really wasn't her responsibility and we wouldn't blame her if she didn't help us at all. She went above and beyond to help us and make sure that we would have a pleasant stay. She event arranged a little birthday surprise in our room for me as it was my birthday the next day. My husband and I were beyond touched that they would care this much and we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Bagan.
