★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TV stopped working, staff couldn't fix it. Shower didn't work in the morning, again they couldn't fix it. Room partially floored with AstroTurf. I'm used to problems in Myanmar hotels but at 35,000MMK a night this place was overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here during rainy season so could be part of it but the rooms feel pretty wet at night. Super hot water and friendly staff though. Felt like it was a bit too expensive for what it was though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small bungalows at the foot of a mountain ... there's a dog , some rabbits and a large garden at the back.. A family - like service.... the owner man at the hotel buys you breakfast from the town market and you can ask for everything you want ... very kind and helpful .. * their coffee was excellent *

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small cozy hotel in Southern Shan State! The owner is a friendly man. The place is very quiet situated at the base of a hill just outside the town. Need to book in advance. Visit Shan and Pa Oh ethnic villages nearby and enjoy their traditional daily life during tracking tours among the hilly forests and highland farms.
