★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely, new (seems to be due to lack of reviews) hotel minutes from the best (I was here a week) part of the beach.
For a low price you get a private room with a bathroom. Everything looks new and was clean. Towels and water provided. Free breakfast and cheap laundry service. Staff is extremely kind and will help with anything you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in A Mahar Nwe for six nights and we loved our stay here. The place is quite new so the building and the rooms are in a good condition. Our room was clean, had AC and the bed was quite good as well. There are bicycles in the property which you can borrow for free. This hotel is located only about a five minutes walk from the beach. They offer a Myanmar style breakfast every morning and the the breakfast is never the same as it was the day before. Wi-Fi can be weak sometimes but in the lobby it works little bit better. The best thing about this place is the family who owns the place. Such a lovely and caring family, especially the beautiful young girl who takes care of most of the things. The family really cares about their guests and wants to make their guests' stay pleasant. They don't really speak English but we managed to understand each other. I'm so happy that we found this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place with good price and hosted by local family. We visited all 3 sections of the Ngapali beach and this is easily the best of them all.
The family don't speak much English, but they are really willing to communicate even with few basic words. Don't be scared, we stayed for 6 nights and were able to book bus tickets to Yangon from the guesthouse and got all of our things always settled.
They offer free bicycles, free breakfast, free wifi and free swimming tube.
Location is good, a small grocery store just 50 meters away (on the same road that leads to beach). Next to main road so the bus will pick you up from there. Building is behind the family's house so it doesn't get loud. :)
Breakfast is Burmese and varies each morning.
Totally can recommend this place, we had zero issues.
If there is something to complain about maybe the room's floor could've been cleaned a bit better and the wifi didn't really work in our room (works in common area thou).
