★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay, only a block away from the river and main part of town. $20 USD for a fan room or $30 USD for air-con is very good by current hotel rates in Burma. Hotel is very clean. Word of warning: be prepared to be bombarded by motorcycle touts when arriving at the bus station in Mawlamyine.
