★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though they upgraded most of the stuffs here regularly, the entire theatre is out of date. Most obvious is the space between seats (or rows). People these days are becoming taller and in don't fit into the seat well. 2 hours of movie time will make certain people have leg-ache or something. Sound the screen quality are not as good as the newest theatres but it's still good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Downtown cinema building is a very attractive visit area in Yangon. Two cinemas are existing in there such as Shay Saung, Nay Pyi Taw cinema, the Su Htoo Pann and Myo Ma are re built to new one as Sakura Condo. Muat visit here and watch a film when the corona virus pandemic is over cleaned. Actually we should miss old one, built in to new one we need to make a greeting as Say Hi. Worthy a visit when you reached in Yangon, Myanmar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to show foreign movies but now they only show Burmese movies. (That's a shame.)
And the seats position at the first floor are not really nice for view point.
When I took a seat at the first floor near main door, I felt like my view point is blocked by the second floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the many movie theaters in Yangon. The place is clean and the chairs are comfortable. The sound system is excellent. You can watch both 2D and 3D movies there. The prices range from 1800 MMK to 6000 MMK. So, it is quite reasonable. I love to go and watch movies there.
