Very beautiful natural resort. Eco friendly and quite environment. Big room with modern facility. Love it!!!

Nice for photo. Space is small. Location is good. Swimming pool is good. But expensive. Car parking too small.

Very tranquil place to lay back and enjoy close encounter with majestic Zwekapin mountain. There is only cell coverage for single operator( MyTel) but WiFi provided by the resort is superb!

We stayed at this place in early Jul 2020. The attitude of the staff were one of the worst I have experienced in the hospitality industry across Myanmar, including small-town budget places. People at the lobby were completely clueless and kept on shifting 100% of the blame on their colleagues in Yangon who took the booking. Who cares? You are one company. You guys'd better learn (and your management'd better give you good training on) how to communicate with each other and with guests in a professional way. When I booked, I explicitly asked for two rooms next to each other, ground floor, one with a double bed, another one with twin beds and they said they'd take care of it. When we arrived, the staff at the lobby insisted we have a booking for only one, which he changed later to two but far from each other because "every other room was occupied". After 10 - 15 minutes, they miraculously pulled out two rooms which were next to each other, but both with twin beds. We would have chosen a different hotel, if they hadn't assured us they could arrange what I had asked for. There were quite a few hotels on the same street, for comparable budget and facilities (since I travel frequently to Hpa-an, I'm finding out that their competitors have way better service and more competent staff than this one). It was a waste of 30 - 40 minutes at the reception, at the end of a long drive when we just wanted to check in and relax. I'm glad we booked only for one night. If we hadn't made advance payment, we would have walked out after 15 minutes because the front desk was extremely frustrating. Before checking out, I filled out the feedback from in detail with all my contact information but I didn't hear back from them. My bad I hoped they would have wanted to find out ways they could improve after a bad review. Chances are pretty thin I will ever come back to this hotel or recommend it to my friends.

I am being generous by giving three stars and it's all for the pool and the view. The service, management team, housekeeping and food in general all need improvement. There is no good menu choices

Still some serious construction going on! Especially at the swimming pool area which makes it less relaxing

The hotel does not even allow a tiny chihuahua, and the service is awful. I called the hotel 5 times, and they did not even pick up. Just think of that. The hotel doesn't allow the smallest pet dog and it is a Chihuahua People in the lobby were completely clueless and kept on shifting 100% of the blame on their colleagues in Yangon who took the booking.
