★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff, pitoresque building and stunning view. The only negative point is that the 60 minutes traditional massage in the own spa only takes 50 minutes which is a pity because one of the best massage I ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our cottage was beautifully appointed and the deck was looking over the lake. The staff there are friendly and responsive. We had our dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the food is not bad though the desserts' stuff seems to be the same for the few days we were there, breakfast & dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had a wonderful time here, for the three day trip we were just inside the resort. For the first time we didn't miss the presence of swimming pool in the hotel. So many trees and plants to explore from. Apart from gaining knowledge about them you can also pluck some for yourself. History about the place is fascinating. Food served is brilliant, just perfect i would say but don't miss to eat out at nearby famous joints like everest nepali restaurant and red rose italian restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicest hotel room we have ever stayed in. A few barking dogs and chanting around at night. We all decided on main meal and desert as the desert menu looked lovely. Had dinner with family in lovely appointed dinning room. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best resort in Kalaw. Had a pleasant time. The area was large with many beautiful decorations. It's an old colonial building giving you a feeling like you've never had before ( or is it just me?). Staff are really friendly. The ginger tea is a must. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would love to go back in the near future. Rooms are nice , simply furnished. The lighting in the room was excellent. The air conditioning was very effective. Lovely dining room with a good chef. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Hotel gave us a huge suite to stay in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location. Not too far from downtown. 4 mins walk to Maluca. Room was clean and charming but need some maintenance. The hotel extension construction behind my room was a bit noisy during the daytime.
The staffs are super helpful and attentive. Especially the breakfast server girl. Breakfast was nice. A lot of photo spots in the hotel. Very nice landscaping. They provide bicycle. Walking around the hotel in early morning was the best part since that area was more private than the other part of the town.
